Acting as NATO contact Embassy in Finland, Estonian Embassy was organising a seminar on the 14th of February. Research paper „Contemporary Deterrence – Insights and Lessons from Enhanced Forward Presence“ was presented by its authors Kalev Stoicescu and Pauli Järvenpää (International Centre for Defence and Security, Tallinn).
